Access Information

It’s so important to Cloudspotting to make sure everyone attending and involved with our festival gets to enjoy the moment, performances and surroundings. Working with All In Access ensures that not only do we anticipate the needs of all the people at the festival but we can also capture the interest of those yet to attend. Together, we can ensure that there are no special needs but that everyone at Cloudspotting is happy, safe and engaged.

Site Description

Main Arena

The main area comprises all of the essential elements of your festival experience; camping, stage, bar and facilities. Step-free, on a combination of short grass and hard standing – this area is step free and spacious. You will find an accessible toilet at each toilet block.

The camping area is so close by to the festival activities, no long walks to far away corners of a distant field. Facilities are close by, and the late night programming is away in the forest so the people that need their rest can sleep soundly.

Cabin in the Woods

This is a new venue for this year, a cabin of late night music and dancing in the wonderful forest. The main track to the cabin takes you through woodland, with a cleared path. There is an alternate route, taking you down a hard standing road and track straight to the cabin. Stewards will be on hand to direct you!

Woodland Area

There are another woodland area this year too, busy with activity and entertainment. Not all of this area will be accessible for everyone (with very uneven ground in places) but much of the path is firm and even. If you have questions about the site, or accessing parts of the site, please do fill in an Access Requirements Form.

Medical Services

There is first aid provision on site throughout Cloudspotting festival. We’re able to liase with this team on site to make sure that particular requirements or concerns are known by the medical team from the beginning. Fill out an access requirements form if you want to make the medical team aware of anything before you arrive: Or drop Callum an email:

Assistance Dogs

Of course Assistant Dogs are entirely welcome at Cloudspotting Festival. Please do fill out an Access Requirements Form in advance, so that we can make sure we have enough dog relief area provided. Drinking water for Assistant Dogs can also be provided.

Strobe Lighting

In the unlikely event that we would use strobe lighting we would make prior announcements directly before the act.
